Shipping policy
Domestic and international Shipping:
-All packages are shipped via U.S.P.S either first class or priority depending on how large the order is.
-Please allow 2-5 days to process each order, once shipped each package will have a different travel time based on distance from our shipping facility.
-A tracking number is automatically sent out for customer within the USA, International order are not tracked and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Once the package is dropped off to the post office it is no longer able to be tracked by us.
-We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for concerns and use the USPS tracking number for reference when inquiring about your package
- We can not change the address of a package once the order is submitted, please double check everything before you check out, MAKE SURE ITS CORRECT. International orders must have a full address in English, the post office will not accept otherwise.
